Members are responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all use of the platform's features. If you allow another person to access your account, you remain responsible for all actions taken during that access.
The g77 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Members may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that involves placing wagers on behalf of other individuals.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the member's own name. G77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered member, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the procedures described in the member account area. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks that g77 is required to carry out. G77 does not make representations about specific withdrawal processing times.
Account balances held on the g77 platform are not interest-bearing. G77 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. Members should not hold funds on the platform beyond what they intend to use for gaming activity.
G77 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending the completion of identity or payment verification checks. Members will be notified if such a hold is applied to their account and will be given the opportunity to provide the required documentation.
All wagers placed on the g77 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. These rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.
Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. G77 reserves the right to void wagers in circumstances where a technical error has affected the outcome of a game or market, or where a wager has been placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
All game outcomes on the g77 platform are determined by random number generation or, in the case of sports markets, by the actual results of the relevant sporting events. G77 does not manipulate game outcomes. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can guarantee a win on any game or market available on the platform.
Members acknowledge that all wagering activity on g77 involves real financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected part of participation. G77 does not suggest that any game or market offers a reliable way to generate income or profit.
G77 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all adult members. The platform provides a set of tools within every member account to help members manage their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion option.
Members are strongly encouraged to configure their deposit limits and session reminders before beginning any gaming activity on g77. These settings can be adjusted at any time from within the account settings area.
If a member feels that their gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage, the self-exclusion tool allows them to take a break from the platform immediately. Self-exclusion can be activated from the account settings area without contacting support. Members who self-exclude will not be able to access their account or place wagers for the duration of the exclusion period they have selected.
G77 takes responsible gaming seriously and will not attempt to contact a member who has self-excluded for the purpose of encouraging them to return to the platform during their exclusion period. G77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage access, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 3.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. G77 will notify the member of the reason for closure where it is appropriate to do so and where doing so does not compromise an ongoing investigation.
Members may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting g77 support using the email address listed in the footer of this page. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification checks.
G77 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Members will be notified before any inactive account closure is carried out, and any balance held in the account will be returned to the member.
G77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While g77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, g77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from periods of downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
G77 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a member's failure to secure their account credentials, or from a member's decision to share their login details with another person.
G77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from a member's use of the platform, including losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. Members use the platform at their own risk and acknowledge that all wagering activity involves the possibility of financial loss.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits g77's liability in circumstances where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
G77 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, g77 will notify members by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to the member's account. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the g77 platform after an update to these Terms and Conditions has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 7.
